Understanding your health and safety legal obligations as a manager online course

Each year many managers and companies are prosecuted for breaches of Workplace Health and Safety legislation. Many of these result in convictions and restrict people’s freedoms for life even when they were not aware the law was being broken. For this reason, it is critical that managers understand their obligations and how they need to be fulfilled. This course will provide a brief overview of the key requirements under Workplace Health and Safety legislation which is common to all States.
