learnTrac makes tracking employee vaccinations easy. This is how it works. 

  • 1. Enrol employee in job role

    Employee receives email notification

  • 2. Employee logs in

    Clicks on induction and is asked to upload evidence of vaccination

  • 3. Supervisor receives notification

    Supervisor logs in, marks induction as passed after viewing the upload

  • 4. Employee is notified

    Employee receives email notification that they have successfully passed the induction
